FK I really wish I could head home to my bed now. Has been a very long week that for me started 6 days ago and ends in 70 mins.

Been there, done that....in fact docs reckon crap shift patterns for so long helped mess up my health. I'm still nocturnal now!!!

I do like Sainsbobs, because at least you know if you stick to their own brand stuff you're not messing anything up.
