I looked for some organic slug remover as we have a cat and dog. All I could find was ground up egg shell because they don't like the feeling of it apparently. So I just ground up my own egg shells. So, now I just sprinkle this around the food bowl of our hedgehogs and he slugs don't go near now. :)

I use old coffee grounds around my plants. You can get them from starbucks for free, if you ask, as they would only throw them away. I love the smell when I first put them out. But be careful what plants that you put them around though as they can change the soil. I am sure that some of the gardeners on here can give you more detail.

    Boo to the fine
    Yeah to the africa trip

    no problem:)

I didn't want to leave the queue and walk over to the cig counter for them to say no and then rejoin the end of the queue. However someone jumped on to do the double up exchange and said no to me when I asked if I could put clubcard points on:eek::mad::mad::mad::mad: luckily I rejoined the queue where I was. However I was getting angrier by the minute. The way they ran it in there is disgusting. 10 people all queuing up (most with trolleys and one poor lady on her own! surely the cig counter doesn't need 5 till points and CS only 1/2

Rant over with. (it's not even my local:o:o) if it was I would be sending uncle P an email or two;)

Evening all can someone point me in the direction for the pizza coupon? TIA :)

There was one in the tesco mag, I forget the cover but it was the one that some lucky people had in a cello bag with the car coupons.
The coupon is for £1 says Dr Oetker but can be used for all frozen. hth

I used to go to that guy as he used to just quickly check the dates on my coupons and give me the money. However now the queue is in place I don't like dealing with the dragons since I had a run in with them in November.

I hate when they decide to stick Cigs/lottery and CS together in one queue and desk. It's just them trying to cut corners imo. They should be split, with CS always on a separate desk and cigs+ lottery together, or else it's just taking the complete p out of us customers.

However swearing is OOT. No need for it! it's not their fault. the managers and higher up need their asses in gear.
