    I don't know if you rememebr last week I bought a tent from direct and when I picked it up it was 2 sleeping bags?
    Someone on here told me to post on Ts fb so I did and had a reply saying they would pass on the complaint to the dispatch department :)
    I laid it on a little bit more then had a reply saying they would look into it and make sure I didn't lose out :)

    Got a gift card with £20 on, tent only would have cost £9.95 and they refunded that anyway ;) so I am very happy :T

    My local at uni had a "refit" where the store was improving on certain section. CS was meant to be one of those section. They moved it and kept cigs+lottery+CS together. No improvement whatsoever. A joke tbh. I actually chatted to customers in the queue saying apparently they have improved CS (whilst being the 15th person in the queue:eek: we laughed at it or else we would have just got more annoyed)

    edit: they added a costa but I think that's for the managers lol
