lol I think you made a mistake and got taken advantage of by someone who knew EXACTLY what they were doing!
I'd put money on them knowing it was a monkey rather than a piano when they bid, so were just getting it for cheaper.
I would have stuck to my guns and offered a refund upon return, and just sold it as never used.
I think you've hit the nail on the head here.
The cost of postage to her and back to me again is £16 plus I would have to sell it for a little sell now it's not sealed so six and two three's whether I gave her the £20 or a return. Giving the £20 seemed the least hassle.
I'll just have to chalk it up to experience I think.AKA: PC
