Can anyone see where you can delete/unregister your account? I accidentally forgot to enter the code, then returned to enter it and now it's telling me it's only for new customers - yet I've not made an order or anything!
Just want to delete my account and then re-register but I can't see how?

Thanks singledaddy but is there a way to entirely delete your account? I feel uneasy having a registered account that has all my details but now won't be used.

if you go on 'my zooplus' on the top right hand corner, you can delete/change your personal information

This is great OP but I think I may have screwed it up for myself.! My order for 2 bags of guinea pig food came to nil which is fabulous - but I thought OK, rather than enter card details I'll pay with Paypal. But Paypal don't accept zero payments. Went bakc to Zooplus but couldn't change my payment method soooo went back to paypal and paid 10p! Which is still great but maybe zooplus won't accept the overpayment?? I shall wait with baited breath :eek:

I did the the same but paid 1p and i have had a dispatch email this morning
