For some reason, I added the code and got the £6 off, but it charged me £2.90 postage. Anyone got any idea why? Not too bothered, but confuzed as to why. LOL

Are you sure it charged you? I just ordered and it said £2.90 postage but below that it said actual invoice (OWTTE) 49p.

Thanks OP. My mum adopted my cat when we moved aborad (he was getting a bit old) so I have just ordered him a nice bed/blanket thing to play in :)

Thanks OP! Mum mentioned this for cat food. Not one we buy on there however got 30l of Catsan for under £10. Was going to buy 40l on eBay for £26 total, this is a much better deal and the 10l bags are easier to use than the 20's lol.

With the VAT rise we were wanting to stock up ;)

EDIT: Also charged £2.90 P&P. As the litter is heavy that might be why? Maybe standard delivery only is free. Still a good deal and it'll be Parcelforce which I can easily track.

EDIT: Just realised I have been charged full price and the voucher did not come off :( I saw the decreased total at basket stage!!!!!!!

Contacting them but doubt they will honour the code!! Wish I had gone for the other deal now, return costs would be too expensive, good job I need it anyway :(

I put through my order last night - perhaps the following will help some posters.

I orginally put the code in, it was accepted and then went to check out.. looked good, but when I put in my card details, the discount wasn't there (so I aborted the transaction).

You do have to register (presumably as the code is one per customer and the website is checking this as one per account) otherwise the discount disappears in the middle of the check out process.

If you cannot then add the discount code, you need to clear all of your cookies and try again, this time registering.

You should end up with a negative amount up to £6 as your discount, taken off your order total, with shipping as £2.90, but an overall £0. Shipping does not seem to be taken off - but it is in the bottom line.

Make sure you check the amount charged to your account before you confirm the order as it cannot be cancelled by you afterwards without you receiving the item(s) and sending back.

    HTH. :)

it you go through express/quick checkout the discount code will removed... you have to register when checking out for the discount to still be applied.
