I *think* this has just changed today from 5% off your first order to 10% off, the discount is applied automatically so shouldn't affect you being able to click through a cashback site for an extra 5%. :T Be warned I placed an order and only 5% came off automatically, so have chased it up. www.zooplus.co.uk

Did you get a reply from them? Their site is still only calculating it at 5% & their messaging doesn't work :rolleyes:.

Also, did your cashback track OK?

No they haven't fixed it. In fact they say that it has been reduced to 5% & that I should clear my cookies to see it! And my cashback doesn't seem to have tracked too. :mad:

I have used zooplus on a number of occasions with no problem, however my last order was for dog treats which arrived covered in live insects. The bag was literally moving, we immediately rang them and they couldn't have cared less. They said "it happens sometimes" so if you do place an order check it when it arrives.:eek:
