I just used internet frog. and check the speed of my broadband and result is: quality of sevice is 46 percent. It is no good at all and I have noticed the service declined since Virgin took a lead, my internet connection is very, very slow, it can drive me mad to wait. Is anybody can advice me what to do next to put it right?

my results speak for themselves. I am (supposed to be) on 10Meg. It has sucked for a while now. They are looking into it.:mad:

Almost the same, 89% was mine.

However, it would be nice to be able to get the full 8mbps which my provider says 'upto', suppose it depends where you live!
