Downgrading with t-mobile
Hi,
I'm on a £25 a month contract with T-Mobile, and for the last few months I've been charged extra for not paying with direct debit, I can't afford to set up a direct debit because I can't guarantee having money on a specific day (currently unemployed).
I set the phone up when I was doing a paid masters, now I'm really struggling to pay it.
Is the addition of this charge enough grounds to request a downgrade? I've been looking around on the internet and it seems t-mobile are the only 1's that don't allow downgrades.
I'm 12 months into my contract.
Cheers,
Macrae

In one word, no....Is the addition of this charge enough grounds to request a downgrade?
AFAIK it's a long time since all networks stopped allowing downgrades during the minimum term.I've been looking around on the internet and it seems t-mobile are the only 1's that don't allow downgrades.0
