Further to the copyright issue, Teeside Uni are "investigating".
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • If you look at the Teeside site they say that its a replica court room.

What could be more appropriate for a fake ticket? :rotfl:

I assume its OK to send the PPC a bunch of these?

I think that's fine. IIRC copyright lapses after 75 years so having been copyrighted in 1935 you should be fine. But it is simply for information or educational purposes.

They use a debt collection co [from L'pool, love the irony] called Judge's Demand.

Obviously chose the name so that people actually believe that a letter titled Judge's Demand is from a proper judge...and they pay up.

I'm sure it's misleading and the court system might not be too happy....can someone pls report them [I'm can't be ars3d].

It's actually owned by a Mrs. Judge. :-

Judges Demand was established in September 2009 by its Partners, Mrs Julie Judge and Mr Nicholas Durbin (mother & son).

I like this from their website:-

Our High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO’s) have ceased a Jet recently and have sent us the following report to remind us and our Clients that its not only Jets that they can cease :

I think they mean "seize", and what the hell is a "High Court Enforcement Officer"

They can't be THAT thick, surely?

But looking at that sentence again, it doesn't make sense unless it really is 'seize'.

    Ah well.

Did the jet stop at Luton Airport? :)
