    Why didnt cambridge work for you. If after you lose the weight u eat how u used to then yes u will weigh n look like u used too. Hard to lose weight through healthy eating but after dieting if ur consuming less than 2500 calories a day u shudnt be putting weight on

    Haven't read all of this thread but I'd say if you lost 2 lbs a week over 9 weeks that would be 18 lbs. Which would be great.:)
