There are issues with her ex, mail is being delivered by him to her workplace, but it appears to be selective; ie; correspondence from DCA's and the like, nothing else.
She set up a parachute account before she left. Only them, her mobile provider and utility companies know where she is.
Her fear is if she applies for the report, then DCA's and possibly her ex will find her.
