Everyone's income is always reduced or stopped when it comes to paying them back...
I was in the payday loan trap for almost 3 years... yes 3 years.. I paid thousands on interest payments alone..
I do feel sorry for people who get trapped and cant get out.
I dont feel sorry for people who take them then claim there income stopped within that month.
I never missed one or CANCELLED a card!!! to be honest i think they have ever right to take money.. its in the terms and conditions.
That they will continually try and take small amounts out your bank account till payment has been made in full..0 -

If you had come on here for advice, the first reply would have told you not to take one out. Of course you would probably ignore that advice as you could "easily afford the repayment".
Secondly the advice for repayment plans would have started with opening a new bank account and shifting money out of your current account into the new one. It has been known that they swoop in and take the lot.
Thirdly the advice would have been to make all agreements in writing so you have proof.
We see your story everyday on here after that "unforseen change of circumstances" leads to a complete avoidance of repaying the debt, instead making your own decisions on what you feel they should receive.
You may feel hard done by, but your loan has ended without hundreds of extra pounds being thrown on top by way of charges, seriously now, would you have been able to repay something approaching £1,000 by the end of next Month?
The answer os most likely no, so you would have been stuck in this spiralling rut for many months to come.
Carry on ranting if you wish, we'll see another post similar to yours well before the week is out.
If you have learnt nothing else, DO NOT TAKE A PAYDAY LOAN0 -

You've owed her all of your life and have now added to it. Why? Have you no respect for her? I left home at 17 and have supported my mother when needed...you?0 -

And that is why the loan company swooped. They are not stupid!!!0 -
Reading this thread has confirmed to me that there are quite a few cOcks going about.
in fact aresholes.
sanctimonious ones at that.
I don't post here unless I really have to for this very reason. If I have a car question i post on a car forum, if I have a adget question i post on a gadet forum.. and so on.
It seems a large percentage of people on this forum are incredibly bitter, possibly because they're broke (hence they are here), and snap at others on the forums.
Broke people are bitter and they snap at others.0 -
People aren't being a***holes, they are being truthful, I learnt the same when I started on here I wanted the answers I wanted to hear and got annoyed when people told me as it was.
What I don't get is, if you had all the money the original £550 and the £170 interest on August 7th and they took it all then they are done with you and you should be able to repay whatever the amount your mother sent you to her then, either way she sent you enough to cover that PDL so like you claim you should have that amount on the 7th send her it back. I feel like you are missing something out here."All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them."

Nope disagree, being truthful would be to say well the payday loaners have a set agreement with you. OP needs to go by the areement or face the penalties outlined in the agreement.
being mean is accusing the OP of being a scammer/thief etc.0 -
I think you were foolish to put extra money in the account.
I think the payday loan companies computer wasn't informed about your phone call.
I think you have no hope of getting the money back.
I feel sorry for both of you.Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0
