Vodafone- When will I learn!!!

I had a problem with their store earlier in the year over my DH mobile but to be fair it was sorted over the phone and I was happy.

Anyway now my Orange contract is almost at an end I decided, since we had a contract with them already, I would see what they could offer me.
I was really impressed with the offer Samsung S111, 600 min, unlimited text and 2gb internet until tonight when it dropped to 1gb. Free handset and £30!! Brilliant deal.

I called orange and got my pac code then rang them back to be told there was no such offer, never had been and mysteriously no trace of the call.
All there was was the name of the guy I spoke to and a comment saying we had spoken apparently. They said he would ring me back and surprise surprise he hasn't.

So you will be able to get a similar deal elsewhere? Then take it.

    You can get that deal

It is a normal 600 minutes tariff at 36 with a household £5 discount and a code which allows us to double up the data
  • Thanks Micky but they are adamant that deal doesn't exist and even though it says all calls are recorded mine has has vanished. Hmmm

I will get someone to do it for you if you like, I am not in consumer anymore so would be someone different
  • The deal I was quoted in a store a week last friday, isn't available and I was told never was available, yet I said I would be in to take it up after 27th july. I went in yesterday and was told it was never the price I was told. Been with vodafone 11 years, not sure why!
