Done that. It brings up the Add or Remove Programmes window with the microsoft alert.

I don't think it's SQL server actually causing the problem, because the computer won't let me run the Add/Remove programmes option for anything: I just want to remove it to free up space.
If the temp files can't be found, can I safely just clear everything in the Temp files?0 -
