My musing was raised because thread title raised by OP said my belongings then went on to talk about her daughters flat being damp. Subsequently (but after my post OP) confirmed the belongings in question were not theirs.

Nobody. Thread title raised by you said my belongings so my post had nothing to do with / was not directed at the lessees / occupants of the flat.
