Looks a nice place, lovely quiet location. Is the road "adopted" or private - Google street map hasn't got it so I'm guessing its private.
I'd 2nd getting the outside shot done again to refresh it - I know the weather has been pretty naff this year, but showing snow in the roof in August is a bit telling! A couple of tubs of flowering plants on the front courtyard might lift it a little. Can you beg/steal or borrow some garden furniture to put on the patio and take another shot of that - all about "lifestyle" you know!!!!
Other than that, the rest of the photos look good. Shame you've not had more interest.0 -
On my phone, so difficult to have a good poke around at sold prices... But it definitely appears well presented, particularly when compared with other houses of similar prices in your area (some don't seem to have bothered at all!)You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0

The comments on the photo's are valid thanks, would be good to get some new "summer" ones taken, will have to beg and borrow a few pots to brighten things up as we are not the gardening type. Not really sure how to get room photo's not to show furniture will have to experiment with that.
Will get a camera out tommorow if the weather good and give it a try hopefully that will save the EA coming out to take them, I will have more time to get things right.0 -
I think its lovely, the only thing again would be the main photo showing the snow, Id look at it and wonder what was wrong with it. It looks lovely x0

Best advice is to clear any furniture you can for the photos ie, chairs, toys, storage on wheels anything moveable that will show space.
Move back into the doorway and get an actual room shot (not just one wall) so you can see most of the room not half.
The kitchen is a good shot shows the size/space.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Although the snow might indicate its been around a bit, the OP has had plenty of viewings so clearly the photos aren't the issue. The only thing left is the price because the house looks well presented.I'm retiring at 55. You can but dream.0

I think there are too many 'bits and pieces' left about - shoes, sponges, those plastic drawer units with all the stickers on etc - but like everyone else said, it looks a clean, well-presented little house. A bit more empasis on the room, rather than the furniture perhaps. Don't be disheartened, you are just waiting for the right person to come along.
That said if there are houses in your prices bracket that are selling or being offered on, then you need to ask why.0 -
To be honest we thought the price to be about right, however I appreciatte it is our house so maybe biased, when we 1st put it up for sale we took advice from our EA and had also looked around the area at other property prices, historic prices are a little difficult as the proerties down our lane vary so much in the ways the have been altered or renovated over the years, also they dont come up for sal regularly and over the years the local history shows the rise and fall in prices in general. I still think looking around the area on right move we are priced at about the right level, but obvioiusly take all comments on board as we are resonably keen to move on.0

If the house hasn't attracted interest then its the price. For a few £ more there are some 3 bed properties in your locality.0

Flowers outside door/ maybe a vase or two around house /fruit bowl in kitchen - shoes gone - iron duvet cover - de clutter sons room drastically even if just for photo - some brighter/warmer colour towels in Bathroom. All very nice, just a little stark in places and a little cluttered in others ( better than most I've seen !!!)0
