We have had our house up for sale for about 6 months now, during that time we have had about 7 viewings, one has been a second veiwing, they are very interested, but have to sell there own.
We have had mostly positive feed back from veiwings, although to be honest only actually had feed back from around half the veiwings (some people just seem not to bother answering agents calls after a vewing, which seems to us a little rude considering the trouble you go to for a vewing).
We would be very gratefull of some more general veiws or comments regarding our listing on right move.
We wonder whether changing anything may help refresh the listing, new / different photo's etc. etc.
I'm not allowed to post a link as a new user but its right move property number 36894566 hopefully that will find it.
Regards

If that is it you might want to re do the main picture as it was when we had snow which signifies it has been on a while.
Other than that house is nicely presented.
How does the price compare to comparable sold prices?0 -
Looks ok to me, I know the area relatively well, commuted up and down that a15 for years...
Is there snow on the roof? If so get an up to date shot, preferably with some flowers in the garden etc and a bit of kerb appeal, as it looks a bit sparse. The bathroom could do with a proper tidy up before photographing but that said it is not something that would put me off, it is a nice house. I would reshoot the garden without the shadow covering much of it if that is possible, again not a show stopper but some people might be put off by that. There are not a lot for sale in your immediate area, have you seen what similar properties have actually sold at in the last couple of years using nethouseprices.com or similar?0 -
Judging by the sold prices on right move there doesn't appear to have been a single house sold in blyton since 20110

It's very nice but the photos seem to be trying to sell the furniture rather than the property. Shame about the shoes on view in the kitchen but it wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me. And it doesn't appear to have been a deal-breaker for the folks who have booked a second viewing either.
The bedrooms are a very decent size and two reception rooms downstairs is a huge plus. The back garden looks a bit bare but that wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me either. The paved area outside the kitchen would be another big plus for me as well.
It looks like a lovely house and I'd definitely book a viewing if I was looking for somwhere in that area.0 -

Your house looks really lovely and very well presented.
The only suggestion I have would be to brighten up the exterior with some containers with flowers/plants at the front and back door, and perhaps some bedding plants. A little outside colour would just "lift" it in the photographs.
I've also had the same problem when the agent phones viewers to get their feedback. Only a few reply to their calls.
On Rightmove the main description of my property was changed from House to Cottage and I got twice as many hits......however didn't increase the footfall at all.0 -
A nice house - but the snow on the roof is a problem. Some new 'summer' pictures would be a good idea and think of revising the priceGather ye rosebuds while ye may0

Nice well kept house, with nice outdoor space, at a push I would suggest some trellis up against the two sheds, Maybe lose one?, and a few strategically placed pots to add some colour which you can take with you when you move.
Also paint the bath panel white and change the loo seat, but none of the above would put me off.0
