yeap IGNORE. as a child i would of been told of for ignoring, but this is permitted and every time you ignore a letter you are further down the line to the end. You will also help the nation by spreading the word :)
The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.

Thanks Stephen Leak too! I wondered why they missed parts a) and b) out of the extract of CPR but rapidly came to the conclusion that it was probably convenient for them to do so..... ;)

I have complained to the BPA about that statement. In reply Roxburghe told them that it's there for "information purposes only". (whatever that means).
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

It's tempting to reply to them, but in doing so they think they've hooked a live and will nag you for much longer, so just ignore them is the best advice.

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

"For information purposes only" to these people means "so we can keep taking money from people to pay our membership fees to the BPA".

Nobody, it's just a cosy club for the parking "industry".

Like a few other "organisations" I could mention.

I bet the BPA meetings are all coffee, cake, and talk about how awesome they are at collecting money from people.

The BPA is very tight regulated and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. From its inception the BPA has been under the full control of the PPC.

from what i can understand, the BPA is a trade association and not a regulatory body, they are there to represent the interests of their members and no more.
They may have some jumped up membership rules to try and give them an air of respectability, and in doing so they try and pass themeselves off as an authority to hoodwink people into paying up, or to appear respetable to real authorities ( such as the DVLA) with official sounding things such as an Aproved opperaters list.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
