Not sure if you can refer to your own website anywhere apart from the referrers board. Might be best to edit that post before it's removed.Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

That works out at £40/hour for the first hour then £30/hour after that.
How does £25/hour sound for those oddjobs?
Or if job is big enough or needs materials a quote for the work.0 -

I'm a Joiner and people fail to realise the cost of running a van, keeping yourself up on tools public liability insurance ,no holiday or sick pay, also a trade mans working life is shorter than most other jobs as it is so phsically demanding , some people are prepared to spend big money on materials and think someone coming to you house doing a personal service is going to be cheap, people need to live in the real world, If a tradesman gets a £100 for a days work in your house, how much of that do you think he gets for himself after tax, NI, ect? Quality of work can be seen long after the price has been forgotten0
