Orange, Starting to bang my againist a door now

I recently got a new android contract phone through Orange (Thursday or Friday). Well the phone comes and it's working to start off with. After while the Gallery starts crashing.
So I ring up Orange to try and get the problem sorted, they run a few tests and see there's a problem with handset, they arranged a replacement to come out the following day (Sunday morning). Sunday morning and afternoon comes and goes, and no phone.
So I ring up Orange again, and got told it was refused delivery (I was in all day). I then find out they attempted to deliver to the wrong number (same road).
Anyway I then arrange for them to resend the replacement out today (between 1pm and 5pm), and nothing has yet arrived.

Any help guys.

Phone packs in Friday.
You ring Orange and they get one out to you within 24-36 hours.
Their courier lets them down (I presume it was their error and not a wrongly addressed parcel)
They get it back out today and again courier lets them down by 40 minutes.

Ok, maybe they need to assess their courier service, but Orange themselves seem to have done a good job. Some companies would have demanded that you send back the handset for examination first.

given the service,it sounds like the OP is paying for Orange care

No. Direct sales have courier replacement for faults in first 6 months regardless of Care status.
