    Friday 22nd March

As the BBC makes its exit from the iconic West London site of Television Centre, BBC Four presents a special night of celebration of the building and its 53 year history. To kick start proceedings the nation’s favourite nutty boys and national treasures Madness will take to the stage at the front of BBC Television Centre, to perform an hour long concert LIVE in front of an assembled audience nine days before TV Centre closes its doors. To help launch this celebration of over 50 years of programme making at Television Centre, Madness will treat us to new material and classics alike such as One Step Beyond, I Never Knew Your Name, Baggy Trousers and Our House.

Please note that this is an outdoor, standing event so dress warmly/appropriatel

Starring Kim Tiddy (The Bill), Zoie Kennedy (The Royal), Ciara Jansen (Hollyoaks), Philip Stewart (Blood Brothers) and Ben Roddy (Innocent Crimes).
It all boils down to juggling timetables and a reliable maid who never forgets to change the photographs.

Bernard juggles three flight attendant fianc!es successfully convincing each that she is the only one. However when old school friend Robert arrives unexpectedly, a new faster Boeing jet is introduced and weather delays occur, Bernard, Robert and Bertha the maid are forced to desperately try to keep the women separate and the lies told become more and more difficult to reconcile as the trio improvise at breathtaking speed in a near faultless piece of theatrical invention with the inevitable ... hilarious consequences.

Technically impeccable, they really made you listen to every nuance of the music. They have clearly thought a lot about the pieces they played and the interpretive insight was impressive and refreshing. They deserve to go far.” Chris Thomas, Luton Music ClubSt Martin’s Chamber Music Competition rewards those young performers who display not only an exceptional talent, but the drive and dedication to their art which sets them apart on the road to success.
