Reclaiming PAYG credit

Reacently I have moved from orange PAYG to t-mobile Pay-Monthly. The only problem is, that I have almost £10 credit left on my phone at orange, can I reclaim this by getting them to transfer it to my bank, send a cheque, etc...

No network refunds credit, ever (its in the T&C's).
You need to use it up before you move the number (if you are), once the payg acc is closed down it's gone.0 -
