Hello! sorry about the caps.

Orange have stolen money from my sister and provided NO SERVICES AT ALL!

They have our details to a debt company who now want our money! £230.62.

We are going through a hard time right now!!!

PLEASE!!! IF YOU ARE WITH ORANGE CHANGE COMPANY'S! DON'T EVER GIVE THOSE MONSTERS MONEY!!!! PLEASE!!! BANKRUPT THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE A JOKE THERE AND THEY STEAL MONEY FROM CHILDREN!!!! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!! I'M SO ANGRY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

You have not provided sufficient information for anyone to take you seriously. I suggest that you explain in a little more detail what happened, otherwise this thread might be deleted.

Personally I have been with Orange for approx 10 years now and have never had a problem with them ! - I would recommend them !

I've used Orange for years, I've never had a problem.
EVERYONE SWITCH TO ORANGE NOW, THEY'RE GREAT!!! GIVE THEM LOTS OF MONEY NOW!!!

Seriously though OP, what's your exact problem with Orange? If they have done something wrong, other posters might have suggestions on if / how you can reduce the amount you owe to them.

Sounds like someone hasn't paid a bill to me

I've been with Orange for a long time - dont think they are great by any means but the best value for me.

I've been with Orange since before the "9" 2nd digit was added to mobile phone numbers.

I think you mean the "7" 2nd digit. I had an old 0973 number which became 07973 and which I still have. I think that's what you mean.

I've stuck with Orange for years, and whilst other offers like Vodafone's shortlived Data Traveller seemed more attractive, no other network has been attractive enough to switch networks.

If they haven't provided services then how did your sister generate a £230 bill that hasen't been paid?

It's more likey that you've given a minor (child) a contract phone likely a smartphone and rang up a large bill by subscribing to sms services and/or downloading apps, she's stating she hasn't and thus you're in denial and angry at Orange for charging you (your sister) for said services, you've spoken to customer services to dispute the bill however the useage has been proven to come from the handset and sim, and as it wasn't reported lost/stolen and barred, you're liable for the charges as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

Sorry, yes the "7"; my number was "0973", and changed to "07973"...
