    Hi all - would like to join the BR club for August. I have my court date on 15th and will let you know how I get on. It is a great comfort being able to share - and to all those who have posted detailing their experiences, thank you - you give courage and confidence to the rest of us who are starting their BR journey.

    Hello, I'm in the early stages of BR. By that I mean I've been to county court, got the stamp, just had my conversation with the OR and I'm currently very scared as im having my apartment repossessed, I have to pay the OR for my car as it was valued at over £1000 and I also just found out that I will have to pay everything I have left after bills in an IPA, which is scaring me as I don't currently have a home and therefore know what my outgoings will be!

    My boyfriends dad said I can rent his house as it's unoccupied, but my boyf is named as a creditor at that address so I dont even know if I'm allowed to do that!

    You would be better starting a new thread with all of your questions so that all the lovely helpful people on this forum can give you lots of advice. They don't tend to read this thread so may miss your questions.

    If will be along later and will be able to give you some advice as well, I'm just a visitor here so can't really help, sorry.
