:staradmin Hi Everyone and Welcome to the August's 2012 Bankruptcy Club :staradmin

This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during August 2012. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other during the different stages of your Bankruptcies.

Remember this is your board so keep posting :hello:

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.

Hi, just in early stage having just got the form today, will deff need the support so glad to join the club
from filling to court date, is it a couple of weeks or months x

Have you just had your Stat Demand or a Court Date? I know it is easy to say but try not to worry, there is life beyond Bankruptcy. Think of it as a line in the sand, beyond which you are protected and the constant stream of demands and phone calls will cease.

Hi, no niether just been to cab and they advised bankruptcy, got the form, the guy said go home and let it sink in i suppose. once i get the costs to phone and they will fill the forms in for me. Would like to know what happens then, what the time line is. There was so much to take in when i was at cab i forgot to ask k

Hi mynumber, it might be best for you to post a new thread on the main board as everyone will see your questions then and be able to help you. Most of the people who've been here a while, and will be able to help you, don't tend to read this thread.

Good morning today is the 1st August 2 weeks to my court date for br. got advise from cccs and the forum has been amazing I have been reading everything for the last month......so now here we go!!
