I discovered the rouge password when I was migrating all my stored passwords on my system and in my browser to my LastPass vault. Sorry if my post is confusing I thought I'd said in my post thats how I discovered the strange un-known password. Are you familer with Last Pass ? It's a password manager/ storage system which is safer than the usual built-in browser password manager because it encrypts passwords to make the harder to hack ( I'm not a techie so I don't fully understand the encrypting process ) and also you can access you passwords on other computers if you need to.debitcardmayhem wrote: »Where did you find it , your router will not have any passwords stored on it, your post appears confusing, to me at least
It was as I was setting up my password vault and migrating all my saved passwords to the lastpass vault that I noticed the rouge password in my list of passwords under the WI FI section of passwords, there should only be two under that section one for my first router and one for my second . It's hard for me to explain because like I said I'm not a techie and I suppose if people have never used a password manager like lasstpass they won't know what I'm on about but hopefully I've made myself a little clearer. :j0 -
Oh yes and just to add/ clarify I don't know if - - http://www.flexpcrepair.com/remote.php
are anything to do with the rouge password that I have discovered ( the (password was named Flex Repairs you know like a user-name )but after a good couple of hours searching on-line this company was the only company with the name Flex Repairs that had anything to do with PC repairs . There was a-few company's listed as Flex Repairs but where to with fixing hoovers / vacuum cleaners not PCs., and I found this Flex Repairs on Twitter of all places but there was a link to their home page form their Twitter profile and on their Twitter profile they were listed as a company. So that's how I found this company anyway.0
