Cps enforcement

I'm going to talk to my solicitor regarding what I'm gonna divulge to third parties at this stage. You can be cynical if you wish, that's your prerogative.
* The Cps Enforforcement in question is "CPS ENFORCEMENT (UK) LTD" based in Bridgwater Somerset.
BTW. I offered to send out my email by private message but people sent me theirs first. I not gonna jeopardise my personal action against this company by loose tongue people on the net. So if you want to be kept party to it that's entirely up to you. Makes no difference to me. And I will say what I can when I can.0 -
Countrywide Parking Services Ltd t/a CPS EnforcementMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Since "CPS ENFORCEMENT (UK) LTD based in Bridgwater Somerset" was dissolved on the 30/11/2010, any "personal action against this company" would be rather a pointless exercise, and thus there is nothing to "jeopardise".0 -
Well that was all a bit of a damp squib!
Why do people always say "i am going to talk to my solicitor" when asked for the name and address of their solicitor they are unable to give it!!!For everthing else there's mastercard.

You are indeed correct but I refer you to my post immediately above yours. CPS Enforcement is a trading title of Countrywide Parking Services Ltd. I suspect that the OP has simply got slightly confused.Since "CPS ENFORCEMENT (UK) LTD based in Bridgwater Somerset" was dissolved on the 30/11/2010, any "personal action against this company" would be rather a pointless exercise, and thus there is nothing to "jeopardise".My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

That of course is entirely possible. Or they might have got it confused with CPS Enforcement (Northern) Limited. Won't make much difference as any legal action against CPS Enforcement (UK) Limited will fall at the first hurdle. One does hope that OP's solicitor (if indeed they exist) will point this out.0 -
I was really looking forward to a good storyFor everthing else there's mastercard.
