I am trying to follow a link from an email but suddenly i keep getting this error message, and I am also having trouble opening links???? Anyone help with this please?

    what type of link? webpage - what does the link end in. eg htm html

    Could be a registry corruption, or an infection, scan with malwarebytes, or bad link, or as it suggests, you have no program associated with the extension in the link eg IE-htm, acrobat for pdf.

    This one is to my energy supplier but there are others Ive had problems with today

    Thank you.. Can you advise/tell me what the programme error means. It's only recently I have experienced this issue and of course I would like to eliminate the problem

    I can't see that anywhere?? just comes up with the live mail page
