Travelex Cash Passport Question

I have just used my Travelex passport for the first time (after reading about it here!) and logged on to the online my account section to check all had worked and noticed that I have been charged 1.15 times the Euro rate for some transactions so a 10 euro purchase has resulted in 11.5 euros being deducted from my balance. From my understanding there are no fees on this card. Is this a mistake? Should I be complaining?
Thanks
Thanks

It does sound wrong - but it depends exactly what variety of the cash passport you bought. There are several and people often get confused over which is which.0

It was the Travelex Euro Cash passport. It said in the terms that there was no charge for foreign spending, and then I get a 15 percent surcharge! But its only on some items, so am not sure what is happening.
I think its probably safe just to withdraw cash and spend that.0 -
From what I've read before, they apply that to 'Pending' transactions. it will correct itself once the transaction goes through.0

Yes! You are right, I checked today and the transactions have gone through at a rate of 1. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!0
