The nicotine withdrawel is kicking in now, big time, having hissyfits at the smallest things. Had to fix a puncture on my bike, twice, only to then break the valve which means I now have to buy a new inner tube . Plus I have to take the bus tomorrow after I also just got my water proofs to try out on the bike. So not a good start to August as the 1st won't be an NSD tomorrow. Couldn't be bothered cooking either so got a take away but am now invardly fuming at the money spend  I know that's nothing compared to problems other people have but going cold turkey doesn't help. Sure it'll be better tomorrow........

    eh up chucks,

I think I'll go for 7 this month. Really struggling with consistency, in everything really as it happens. I'm recovering from depression and seem to manage fine for a while then have to hide away again for a bit!

Still, I have a month break between jobs on purpose, as I decided that dealing with my head was more urgent than dealing with my debt, particularly as new job is better paid than before ( :j ) and if I'm a bit more balanced I might stand a chance of managing a sensible budget...

However, my Little Brum is due for MOT this month. Lots careering around my head today, could really do with a pensieve!! (big kid/ big geek alert!)

Cheers lovelies, will try and stay a bit more on track! :D

You're not alone My Friend; your words strike a chord very close to a certain (irregular, unfortunately :o ) poster not a million millimetres from where I'm sitting  but Hey, Grats on the new job. Look after yersen Hun x

You too BDINI; you are very special to us band of reprobates here, so take what time you need to do what you have to do (give Dad a hug from me, if that's not too creepy  Watched that Undie-the-Covers Bosse last night, about care homes...)

Yay :j The C-word Censors must be volunteers at the Limb Pix, so I can admit to having begun squirreling items away for :xmassmile This is great! CrrrrrissmusCrissmusCrissmusCrissmus CHRISTMAAAASSS:rotfl:
Still trying to keep two homes so nsds are hit-n-miss affairs :( --rather like tinta webby connex from mutha's--so I'll keep a note (IF I remember ) & just post when I can.

And that's me done for now; gotta go heat the oil for muvva's lug'ole..See Ya

That's great getting past the first 48 hours.Your body is already 'recovering'.It's important just to take one day at a time.
I stopped smoking about 12 years ago.I'd read the Allen Carr book and it really helped me.
    Good luck!
