T-Mobile upgrade
Hello - Does anyone know you will have to go through a credit check for t-mobile upgrades? I presume I wont as I am comming to the end of my 24 month contract with them.
I was bankrupt back in 2009 and its still on my credit file and I know i will fail the check if I have the credit check.
I presume you only go though the check if you are a new customer. Is that correct?
Cheers
Rich

ANYONE with a contract provides permission for ongoing searches, even if you are NOT upgrading. I would suggest that the probability will be thay they WILL check, and if the T&C explicitly demand a BK to terminate when they ender the process, you might want to avoid this as a potential issue.0
