The 1p phone i received is a dud
Hi, Two days ago I bought one of those 1p 'E2save' phones, as mentioned in this week's email from Martin. You have to purchase £10 worth of usage when you order one, and it arrives promptly next day. I inserted my Sim and set the clock etc, and it seemed to be ok, so I set it aside waiting for my £10 to register. While waiting I re-read the paper that came with it, and it said your top-up may take a few days to come through. I don't mind that either. But what I'm not happy with is that, about six hours after I set it up, I picked it up to see if my cash had registered yet - and found it to be dead? It's been dead ever since. Basically I was sent a dud. I've juiced it with the cable that came with it, so it's not the battery. The thing is definitely a dud. My problem is.. now what? I've looked all over their site and can't find a customer help-line? Anyone know how I can contact them please?. I prefer via internet as phoning them costs money.
Thanks you for any advice.

Have you taken out the battery and reinserted it? I've rately founf a handset to spontaneously go bust when it worked complete with the display moments earlier.0
