BlackBerry 9360 - Keeps Freezing

Hi, I purchased my BlackBerry on 28th Feb 2012, everything was OK up until recently when it has started freezing. It's done it 3 times in the last week. I purchased it from Phones 4 U but will they take it back or is it too late? I've got the original box, charger and receipt.

Try a battery pull.0

This happened to mine,rang phones 4 U , and they said to take the battery out and put it straight back in. It worked. But they did say if it continued, to take it back to the shop and they would send it away to be checked. So yes, give the shop a ring and see what they say?0
