    She's lost 4 stone. She looks great whatever size she is, it's her personality that shines through anyhow. I'm glad she's done if for her own sake. I don't think she'd be the kind of person to feel pressurised into losing weight.

    You cant win, too fat too thin...... lots of negative comments about her still being too big but the 'skinny' celebs are just as bad for being underweight.

    Good on her for loosing weight the healthy way- ie not go on a silly diet to loose the weight too quickly and then struggle to keep it off. Shes doing really well, and i know she ll loose more as shes got the right attitude towards it.

    I wouldnt say size 16 is VERY overweight in my opinion.....

    I don't go by clothes size, but with a torso like that, she's still clearly facing some health risks. Well done her on losing 4 stone this year.

    She has allegedly lost loads of weight on lighterlife, which is a very low calorie diet.My mate is a LL counsellor and has told me this, but LL don't like celeb endorsements and weren't happy when Coleen Nolan revealed she had done their diet.Think it's in case they pile it all back on again after:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    well if i knew shed been on lighter life-then i wouldnt have made my first comment....as i dont think thats a healthy diet at all.

    i hope its just a rumour that has been made up-as these people just put the weight back on and more usually.
