cheers for the replies guys, holiday extras sent me a screen shot of google where this 15% is mentioned (though there is absolutely nothing on the website that mentions the price being a 15% discount) so I have cancelled the booking and re-booked it with the company I found it cheaper on.
It seems its ok for holidays extra to have a % discounted price but not for any other companies. Oh well, it was worth a try!!0
