Simply enter the property name/number and post code and select to view the register for the property. You will only need to register for the service if information is available online at which point you will pay a fee of £4 - please read the online guidance about the service before using it.
However it is important to remember that IF the application has not been lodged/completed then the register will not have been updated.
In the circumstances I would repeat my previous advice, namely to contact the applicant/solicitor to ask them to notify you themselves - the advice of kingstreet appears to be sound as well
I am willing to pay. The property is based in Scotland. Presumably the website you linked if English based property.0 -
Land Registration in Scotland is totally different.
The advice given by several posters above is sound:contact the applicant/solicitor to ask them to notify you themselvesWhy not just call the solicitors acting on the transfer and ask them if it has completed yet?0 -
I do not wish the new applicant to know I am requesting this0

Admin please note - another good example of why we should have separate boards for Scotland.
Most of us would not have posted had we known that!RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I should have
made that clear on original post.0
