Orange defiantly do business SIM only. I moved my companies mobiles to Orange earlier this year and we have one on SIM only.
What ever you don't go through a reseller. We had Vodafone before through a local reseller. Vodafone would not deal with us direct, even when a phone was stolen one Friday evening (mugging) They would not even let us report it, and we could not report it to the reseller as they were closed until Monday morning (that has now changed but it put me off resellers). We had to go through the reseller for everything. They even charged for a PAC code just before we left.0 -
