My Daughter is having major problems communicating with the clowns at 3 regarding a cancelled contract.
Can anyone give me a contact in the UK who she can deal with,the call centre bods in Mumbai are very rude and do not listen to what she is telling them. They are phoneing her at least 3 times a day and she is going off it.

Well very basically she cancelled a contract in June,paid up what was owed but they say she didnt cancel it and want a months rental.She is being harrased from Mumbai everyday.0 -

Did she actually cancel it or ask for a PAC Code and not use that code?
You say she paid what she owned how did she know that, did she phone up and say I want to cancel on xx/yy/zzzz and do that 30 days before, or use a PAC code or cancel immediatly and so trigger a 30 day lack of notice clause.
Like any company do you have anything in writing from them?0 -
You'll find it difficult to get hold of a UK call centre with Three. The service is cheaper than others which results in more off shore call centres.0

They do have UK offices - but are not Customer facing for inbound callers. Write to Glasgow (123 St Vincent St) and ask tem to call you, with the details of issue. You issue may be more complex than you believe, as unless 3UK confrm cancellation, it remains active.0
