Advice on T Mobile price plans

I was on flext 35 which was a great monthly plan to have in my opinion. I was due for an upgrade in Nov but phoned T Mob to ask whether they would allow me to upgrade early. They allowed me to do this but on a new price plan which is £41 for 18 months and told me that they would add the remaining months onto this contract. The phone has arrived today and I have yet to open it as I have been thinking that this price plan is nowhere near as good as F35. Does anyone have an advice? The main issue for me is that this plan isn't unlimited internet and I use it a lot.

Which plan are you on? There's a Pay Monthly 900 or 1200 at £41/month. If you're on the 900, you get 750MB data, which is a reasonable amount, unless you're really hammering the data side of things. An alternative would be their Full Monty tariff, but you'd then be tied in for 24 months. It's worth checking how much data you've been using, and checking what your allowance is - if you need to change, call T-Mob sooner rather than later.0

Thank you for the reply. I'm on the £41, 18month 900 minutes. I use the internet quite a bit on my mobile phone. I'm just wondering if I should return the phone and wait another 4 months so that I can get an upgrade on my existing price plan...0

Return it and wait until the minimum term is over, this will give you more power to negotiate with them and get a better deal.0

Thanks, I know it isn't much a month more and I also get friends and family discount but I really don't like the idea of having restrictions on the internet.0
