Old topic I know, however I was wondering if you have anything to substantiate that Parvez Mirza has parted company with VCS and/or Excel?Excel have regularly advertised a similar role in the past (bear in mind that Vehicle Control Services Ltd is a sister company and roles are probably shared). Strangely always after a fairly well publicised loss at court. It happened after the doubly failed Norwich Pharmacal Order procedure at Melton Mowbray about 18 months ago (it seemed that the then solicitor, Naveed Akbar departed) again after the Martin Cutts success at Stockport a year ago (Parvez Mirza, another solicitor, was apparently dropped) and now once more following the Scu_nthorpe loss (Does this mean that "Miss Coates" has left?).
Is it just me or does that seem to illustrate something of a pattern? I think Simon Rickshaw Renshaw-Smith should tell us so as to re-assure any applicant for the new job as according to the Law Society Parvez Mirza is still listed as an employee.
