I think it may be awhile before we see Excel issuing another claim.
They are looking for a new litigation manager!
job description says must be prepared to travel, spend time away from home and have own toothbrush!

Excel have regularly advertised a similar role in the past (bear in mind that Vehicle Control Services Ltd is a sister company and roles are probably shared). Strangely always after a fairly well publicised loss at court. It happened after the doubly failed Norwich Pharmacal Order procedure at Melton Mowbray about 18 months ago (it seemed that the then solicitor, Naveed Akbar departed) again after the Martin Cutts success at Stockport a year ago (Parvez Mirza, another solicitor, was apparently dropped) and now once more following the Scu_nthorpe loss (Does this mean that "Miss Coates" has left?).
Is it just me or does that seem to illustrate something of a pattern? I think Simon Rickshaw Renshaw-Smith should tell us so as to re-assure any applicant for the new job as according to the Law Society Parvez Mirza is still listed as an employee. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
What are these so-called "debts" they going on about in the advert? Has the motorist taken out a loan with Excel? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

My advice would be to remove the Excel employment stint and account for the gap by saying you went round the world trying to 'find yourself'.
Its the best suggestion I can offer.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
I have found the court minutes from the case mentioned above as a PDF, can I attach them somewhere somehow?0

Can you imagine the damage to a career that having a spell working for a PPC could do if shown in your CV?
I think I'd lie and cover the period as 'on remand' or 'drying out' or 'in isolation at the VD clinic'.... any of these would be looked upon more lightly than 'Working for a bunch of crooks trying to steal money from the old and vulnerable'.0
