My employer is accusing me of fraud as he is retaliating me of raising whistleblowing

The content of the letter from the company solicitor states that I should appreciate that there are serious allegations of fraud and/or theft from the company and there are also potentially matters for the police. What do the company's solicitor actually mean or are they threatening me? If I have not done anything wrong, as clearly stated in my earlier posts, then why are they continuously making these treats? I know I have to be strong but if someone can please help me, I would really appreciate that. Thanks.0

You've had 2 links to a forum where an employment barrister will help you. You need professional help - this is such a bizarre tale that if you are genuine, someone who knows the law might assist. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

Based on a PM I had from the poster, SN, I think it's absolutely genuine.
OP, please post on that forum as I suggested; whilst it's not a substitute for actual legal advice, it'll be very helpful for you.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -

I echo KiKi and Sam - you have had advice to find someone who will try to help you, and frankly you are still dramatising instead of doing it! Will you please stop prevaricating and do it? And don't do a repeat of this thread. Present the facts and do it calmly. Nobody can help you while you are in headless chicken mode. What you say is lacking in sense and consistency.
And on the subject of consistency, you say the letter says "allegations" and "matters". That's plural. As in more than one. You have previously mentioned one allegation. Are there more?0 -

OP has now posted on there, unfortunately not bullet pointed rational points but at least it's on there. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

I still don't understand how you can have faked your own increase letter?
Do you write the letters yourself? If so does someone not e-mail you the details to go in the letter (ie the pay rise etc)?0 -
Situation is gone bad, as because I have raised a number of protected disclosures now, my manager is really upset about this as now the senior board are all aware of these protected disclosures which includes whistleblowing and grievances, as prior to this the senior board were unaware of these protected disclosures. My manager has informally told some employees, which have called me and told me, that he will do everything to get my life miserable. He is still claiming that I forged my increment letter. He keeps lying on this. I am just so afraid of this entire situation now. I have been unable to sleep and am forgetting things. Doctor has said I am stressed and may be under depression. What should I do? I need some guidance to proceed with this. What is the best option to proceed? At some time, I want this whole situation to stop so that I can move forward with my life and get another job? My manager wants me to attend the disciplinary meeting.0

You had advice from a barrister at the other site you were advised to visit - and you were told that you must get a lawyer. So why are you still asking here, two weeks later, what you should do? Do as you were told and get a lawyer. If SarEl thinks you need a lawyer, then I very much doubt that you don't!0

Hi OP - sorry to hear of your continued trouble at work.
Whilst you are off sick are you being paid in full or just SSP ?
Unfortunatley, you cannot stay off sick forever.
What is the likelyhood of you finding another job of similar pay ? - my advice would be to find another job ASAP and move on (obviously, when you get a new job follow the earlier advice in this thread- i.e. just do your job, keep your head down and your mouth shut).
Good luck.0
