My employer is accusing me of fraud as he is retaliating me of raising whistleblowing

Terrified, I have two statements to make to you.
1. Whistleblowing laws are in place for a reason. There is an acknowledgement in English law that people sometimes need to blow the whistle, and that employers will try to throw all sorts of muck around to muddy the waters. Stop panicking.
2. SarEl is an experienced and helpful (ex-?)member of this forum, and member of another forum. I firmly believe you can trust her advice.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

...and an employment lawyer!' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
Thank you all.
Would any of you be kind enough to refer me to an employment and criminal lawyer, who is good? I just dont want to go to anyone without a referral. Please please help. Thank you.0 -
a - nobody knows where you live
b - you have no idea who any of us are, so we could in theory refer you to someone who is rubbish, and you could then sue Martin so I expect they would not want us referring anyone to anyone else.
Call round a few tomorrow, explain the situation CALMLY - POINT BY POINT and ask for the free 30 mins session - if any of them feel that there is a case here they will have you in for the session and if you see two or three, then you can make a decision about what to do.
Perhaps spend the evening typing out, in bullet point form, what happened in a timeline style so for example
Oct 2010 - this happened
Nov 2010 - this happened
Keep it non judgmental and to the point. Otherwise you risk confusing everyone. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

How did you get on OP ?0

What did SarEl say when you contacted her?
An employer doesn't have to have proof that you did anything, just reasonable grounds to think that you did.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
Someone DID help. They recommended you contact SarEl. Have you done this?Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Could you please tell everyone exactly what you are supposed to have stolen, what the circumstances were, what action the company has taken so far and what your response has been?
How do you mean the matter has not been sorted out? You need to be a bit more specific. I think people have tried to help, exactly what help are you wanting? It seems that you are asking the same thing all the time.0 -
Are you still working there? If so why have they not sacked you or called in the police?0
