I'm getting the same message (not an email). it started with facebook, then ebay and now amazon !!!!

I've tried running a virus check and its not finding anything.

I've managed to get rid of the message a few times by just making uo details and card numbers etc... but it's getting to be a real opain and I have no idea what to do.

    Can anyone help?

i have had this happen to me tonight, its on my facebook, but only at the top of my facebook page. i can scroll and still do bits on facebook, but i cant view the left hand panel which shows the links to my groups and messages etc.
i then went to ebay and have the same kind of message come up, asking for my card details.
did you get rid of it?

Why not just do as suggested for the person above and talk to the tech guys, you have a virus.

They have not logged in since they posted:

This could potentially be a nasty virus so I think I am justified in suggesting you get it sorted ASAP

  • I had the same problem this morning. I got rid of it by going into system restore on my laptop. It restored my laptop settings to an earlier date and it seems to have got rid of the virus. :T
