Vodafone - online billing problem

So my mum is the bill payer of my brothers SIM. She used to get the bill through the post but it just stopped a good while ago. She's/He's had texts saying it can be viewed online.
As she's not really computer literate, i created an account for her. Problem is, it wont let her view the bill online as it's asking for her "account pin" or "account number".
How does she get either of these then?

The account number will be on the paper bills she received before.0

If she sends me an email via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject, I will be happy to provide her account number so you can complete the online registration.
If you do have any previous bills buscape is spot on, it will be at the top.
