Interview - I feel ive let myself down :(

And conversely, the week before that I'd had an interview which I thought had gone like a dream, answered perfectly and so on. I didn't get that job, and when I emailed to ask for some feedback, they essentially said "Yes, you got 100% in the tasks we set you and your interview answers were perfect. But sorry, we hired someone else." So just goes to show, you never know!

I agree. Sometimes it just boils down to whether they like you or not.
