Hardly worthy of a Grabbit in my opinion - more worthy of a Leave-it.[/QUOTE]
Pure negativity towards the post... You can't get much more negative than that... :beer:0 -

Oh dear. I'll be specific. I had intended a play on words. Let me rephrase:
Brahma is hardly worth grabbing off the shelves, [In my opinion] I would rather leave it on the shelves.
Grabbit / grabbing / Forum title. Do you see? Never mind.0 -
Hmmm. It would be an interesting state of affairs if all the best things in life were the cheapest.
The general rule is "You get what you pay for."
If I see some and it's on offer, I might try it. But only for the sheer hell of it, mind you.
Well, that and because it got a mention on here. :beer:0 -

That sounds a bit exaggerated, it may be a general rule for you but not for me- 'if you pay peanuts then you get monkeys' is also a general rule too0

A bit off topic but whilst your'e in Sainsburys try the Carlsberg "Jacobsen Bramley Wit", a white beer with a hint of apple. If you like Hoegaarden you will like this. It is about £3.49, but was on offer with about a £1 off.0

I've tried a lot of Tesco Value products, for example, and some of them (teabags or dishwasher tablets, for example) are not as good as more expensive products, but a lot of them are just as good as more expensive products. You can't tell from the price of a product whether it will be good or not, and these cliched phrases often just dont bear up under close scrutiny
I tried this beer when it was on special offer last year and wasn't overly impressed, but that doesn't mean I'll dismiss any low-priced beer out of hand with some cliched old expression, without even putting in the effort to try it first, and I appreciate people taking the time to post offers like this that they findThanks to all who post constructively.
