SLOOOOOOWLY recovering from yesterdays office do. Thought I'd lost my phone and my scarf, but it appears I have just lost my scarf!

Found the phone in the bathroom this morning after I'd rung it twice at about 3am to check if it was in my room.

Twice? Did you think it was lying the first time?

Would hate the above irritating housemate not having something to moan about :rotfl: (bathroom next to his room!). Just have to behave myself for a further six weeks.

    Which won't happen.

Very good do......very good food (but not too much of it)....good wine....good company.......and free :T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Have caught the bus into the city this morning and had coffee in Wetherspoon with a 'free' refill. Very good coffee aswell in my opinion. Better than some coffee chains.

Two and a half days left in work and more than two and a half days work left to do. Going to have two very long days :D.

I was in a similar situation, but decided "stuff it" - I'm off from now. :T Had a shiit year so may as well have a loooong Christmas...

Contracts exchanged on the house this week. Waiting for the owner to tell me what type of locks she has so I can sort the house insurance out.

Oh yes...all that joy to look forward to.

Well I was going to wish you all a Merry Christmas.......but the news from Glasgow has somewhat gutted me.

I hope you all have a peaceful and safe Christmas surrounded by those you love and who love you. I shall pick up with you on the other side of the 25th.

    Take care

And to you Beanie - have a merry Christmas. Don't spill your wine - or let anyone else spill it either... ;)

Through Christmas and out the other side. Some have proven true to form complaining about how I couldn't have stayed with them to visit all my friends? And then going upstairs to see my 'common in law sister in law' laid up in bed with a cold /flu to point out 'You're feeling sorry for yourself'. She was tempted to tell him to f*ck off. Maybe one day we both should.

My brother et al have come good. I'm staying here tonight and we're going to split the cost of cancellation of the hotel room.

Hope the rest of you had a good time.

Oh butti sadly something's never change.
Always remember that you are so very much better than that.

My Christmas's are usually stressful due to the presence of my father. He is like a one man emotional vortex. Lots of white noise swirling round and the drawing in and obliteration of any positivity.

Boxing day with my assignment and my brother's partners family has been much much better. Today and tomorrow with my friends should be even better.

p.s I'm not awake cos I'm stressing, I'm awake because they have all got up.
