Rang the tax office Beanie.
Had a nice chat with the man as he talked me through the HMRC form and we hit a dead end. Then he directed to the gov.UK site, talked me round it and realised that also reached a dead end.
Then he took my address and decided he would send me out the forms.
He also reported these faults.

Rang the tax office Beanie.

Estate Agent also rang to say...............................the owners had found a house.
Naaaaaaaah....of course she didn't. She rang to say 'I don't know what to say'. We discussed what she thought was happening and what she could say. When I came off the phone I emailed all the local agents, including them, with my requirements.
